Metropolitan University, Karachi hosts the 12th International CEO Social Sciences Congress (CEO SSC), bringing together 306 scholars from 30 countries. Dr. Iffat Sultana and Prof. Dr. Shahida Sajjad receive the Best International Research Paper Award for their study on the role of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in student well-being in primary schools of Sindh (6–7 December 2025).
The honourable Governor Sindh, Mr. Kamran Khan Tessori awarded books of renowned international publishers to Metropolitan University, Karachi at Governor House today during celebration of Independence Day (Books worth Rs 5 lacks).

Pakistan Bar Council's Successful Visit to Metropolitan University Karachi
Metropolitan University Karachi had the privilege of hosting the esteemed Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) members during their recent visit to our campus. The visit was a resounding success, marked by engaging discussions and mutual exchange of ideas.
The PBC delegation toured our facilities, met with faculty members, and interacted with students, gaining insights into our legal education programs. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the university’s commitment to excellence in legal education and its dedication to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.
The council members expressed their satisfaction with our academic standards, infrastructure, and efforts to advance the field of law in Pakistan. This visit reinforces our shared commitment to strengthening the legal education landscape in the country.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered into on this 3rd Dec, day of 2024, by and between the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi (hereinafter referred to as "AGPKH\") and the Metropo University (hereinafter referred to as "the University").
